Product

One register that becomes a live safety & compliance engine.

HazardIQ is a multi-hazard register, a before-work safety gate, a field-survey app, a hazardous-waste tracker and a 40-year evidence vault — inside your EAM (SAP, Maximo or TechnologyOne) or standalone.

Multi-hazard register

Asbestos (friable/non-friable), lead, silica/engineered stone, SMF, PCB, PFAS — with survey version timelines, risk scoring and a statutory register PDF.

Work-order safety check

HOLD / CAUTION / CLEAR by location and job type, with mandatory controls and permit-to-work. Fail-safe by design: CLEAR only where surveyed. Every check logged in a tamper-evident chain.

Mobile data collection

Configurable, versioned inspection forms assigned to inspectors — GPS, photo, signature, offline-safe, on any phone or tablet.

Hazardous-waste chain

Licensed transporter & facility registers, consignment tracking, dispatched-vs-received reconciliation and waste-movement reporting.

Removal, clearance & evidence

Licence-class gates, air monitoring, clearance certificates, worker exposure & health monitoring, evidence pack — tamper-evident change log throughout.

Dashboards & reporting

Executive / WHS / site dashboards, statutory PDFs, regulator visit-pack and a no-login share link for regulators.

Works with your EAM

Adapters for SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM, IBM Maximo and TechnologyOne, plus a generic REST/webhook. A HOLD blocks release in the host; no answer in 3 seconds means “not cleared”.

Fail-safe survey coverage

CLEAR is returned only where the work location sits inside a recorded survey. Unsurveyed, stale, unmapped or low-confidence inputs are CAUTION or HOLD — expect mostly CAUTION until coverage is loaded.

Offline field capture

Capture without signal for a day or more; device-signed sync, conflict rules and quarantine of tampered entries; brief packs for remote multi-day jobs (never CLEAR).

No-code forms

Design an inspection once and get the screen, the API and an Excel upload template — with workflow, sub-forms and data-quality scoring. Available standalone.

Jurisdictions as configuration

Jurisdiction packs are configuration, not code. Pack values are under primary-source and legal verification and run advisory-only until then.

SAP BTP or off SAP

Run on SAP BTP (Sydney regions) or on a container profile with PostgreSQL and your OIDC sign-in. The container profile is for evaluation; productive use is subject to a SAP licence confirmation.

What your teams see

The product itself, one scenario: a water utility.

Screens captured from the demo instance. Every site, work order and figure is synthetic.

Work-order check. An excavation over an asbestos-cement main returns HOLD, with the reasons and the controls.
hazardiq · hazard map · demo data

Hazard map. Occurrences plotted by risk tier, with layers for sites, hazards and survey coverage.
hazardiq · hazard register · demo data
HazardIQ hazard register: a list of fifteen occurrences with item reference, site, hazard type and material description, under filters for site, status, condition and risk tier.
Hazard register. Every occurrence by site, hazard type and material, filterable by condition and risk tier.
hazardiq · evidence check log · demo data
HazardIQ evidence check log: a table of work-order checks with HOLD, CAUTION and CLEAR verdicts, the rule version in force, the organisation, and a hash chained to the previous entry.
Evidence log. Every check recorded with its verdict, the rule version in force and a hash chained to the previous entry.
hazardiq · waste chain of custody · demo data
HazardIQ waste reconciliation: tiles counting consignments, clean, variance, in progress, receipt overdue and chain broken, above a table that balances two asbestos consignments from generated to collected, received and disposed.
Waste chain of custody. Each load balanced from generated to collected, received and disposed, with gaps flagged.
How it works

From survey to proof, six steps.

  1. 1Identify — survey on a phone
  2. 2Register + plan — system of record
  3. 3Safety check — HOLD / CAUTION / CLEAR + permit
  4. 4Remove — licensed, air-monitored, cleared
  5. 5Dispose — licensed, tracked, reconciled
  6. 6Prove — exposure, evidence, review clock
Data quality

Know which parts of the register to trust.

Six quality dimensions aligned to ISO 8000-8, derived from your form metadata, with the offending records named. Both panels below are illustrative and use synthetic data.

The next step

See it on a sample of your data.

A 45-minute working session: bring one site and one work order. We load a sample of your data into the register, score its data quality, and run a real HOLD / CAUTION / CLEAR check on it. Loading a full register is a separate, scoped step.
